  • How do I add call-to-action buttons to Facebook News Feed posts?

Posted by seohelper on April 17, 2021 at 12:57 pm

I’ve been trying to figure this out forever and can’t seem to figure it out. All the instructional posts/videos online show old Facebook interfaces that are outdated. Anyone have some up-to-date instructions on this?

You get options to do this if you post via Creator Studio

When you go to post, there’s a bunch of options right below the post window where you can add things like images, location tags, etc. if you click Get Messages, the Message Now CTA will appear on your post, and it’s the same sort of breakdown for directions, phone calls, and all of those little things.

Anything with “Get” in front of it will create a CTA on your post.

You do an organic post and use that post as an ad through Facebook ads manager. The chosen CTA in the Ads Manager will appear also on the post on the feed.
