My home page doesn’t have a trailing slash. But I just discovered that the SEO Framework lists the trailing slash in the canonical URL. (I removed it from the canonical URL)

All my other pages have a trailing slash, just not the home page. I’m not sure if this is a hosting issue or a wordpress setting. But apparently I can’t change it? Is it a problem?

If it is, how do I fix it?

    No, it’s not an issue.

It is not an issue, or should I say it isn’t an issue now. It is always better to have all URL in the same system Slash/no slash, with www or without and so on to prevent future canonical problems that would seem as duplication if by chance you’ll refer to your home page with trailing slash by mistake.
I personally would have fix it.

The homepage is actually the only page on your site that doesn’t require a trailing slash. Every other page on your site should have one, however.
