    Google ADS Fraudulent Charge, How to contact support?

    Hello, title above explains the general situation. I checked my bank account yesterday and noticed 3 charges from Google ADS totaling $4,500. I do not even have an account nor ever used google ads in my life. I first canceled the associated card, and I submitted a claim however due to the current pandemic it may take about 12 days for them to get back to me. My question is there anything more I could do? And how is Google ADS refund policy like? Hopefully its lenient and understandable.

    Can you contact your credit card provider and flag it as a fraudulent charge not done by you?

    I think that is the best way. Make sure the bank is informed and follow up on the side of Google as well as you can. Else I can‘t help, because I never was in this situation. Maybe someone else knows more.

    You’ve already done what you need to do. Your issue is with your credit card company now not Google.
