A common way to start with SEO keyword research seems to be starting to type keywords into the google search bar to see which keywords it suggests.
I wonder if there is a way to get unbiased results?
You can use a private/incognito window.
But in the end the displayed keywords always depend on your location.What’s the best way to get the least biased keyword suggestions?

It’s not bias, it’s relevance.
If you’re looking to exclude the element of geographical relevancy you can always use a vpn.

Use an SEO tool that offers search suggestions (they almost all do).
