Forecast for sales
Hey guys,
I’ve been working for a digital marketing agency for the past two years and one of my clients just asked for a proposal on the spend required to double their sales from October 2020 to September 2021.
I’ve barely done any forecasting or something like this, so was just wondering how do I got about forecasting this?

Forecasting can be tricky.
The simplest way to do this would be to show them their CPA/CPC and apply that to scale. In theory this should work but you know the specifics so you can determine what other factors may need to be considered.
It would be a good idea to gather some relevant market data to help understand the potential to increase at scale based on their current CPA.
