Keymastertl dr: Social media noob needs to know how to conduct a high- level “needs assesment” for a home building companny so my agency can secure more work
I am doing my internship for a web development agency, and I have recently been tasked with conducting a needs assessment for an upscale home development company.
I need to produce a plan to address their primary need of “increasing their user base” on social media, among other things such as SEO and general optimizations done on their website. I have the website side stuff down pat, I am quite knowledgeable surrounding that stuff, but that brings me to my question:
How do I go about conducting a (social media) needs assesment for this company? I don’t have access to any of their accounts, and I am not sure what tools I should be using to get this done or what the plan/assesment should even consist of. Social Media is not my strong suit, and I do not have much working expereience in it.
The purpose of this plan/strategy/needs assesment is so we can bring it to them and secure more work. It is not our first point of contact with them as we’ve done business with them in the past, so I’m not focused too much on establishing credibility or anything like that.
This assesment by no means has to be exhaustive, either. My boss is asking for a “high- level overview”.
Any sort of direction on this would be really appreciated. Thanks y’all!
p.s: I am not sure if “needs assesment” is the right nomenclature here, but I don’t know what else to call it because I’m not auditing them, and I’m not putting together a strategy proposal either

Your submission looks to be asking about industry tools. If so, you are not the only one asking this question, try the search, the sidebar (lots of resources there), and [check out the resource collection on our community site](https://lookingformarketing.com/tools?utm_source=r_socialmedia&utm_medium=ai)

ParticipantWeb development is the work engaged with fostering a website for the intranet. Among Web experts Web advancement for the most part alludes to the primary non-plan parts of building Web locales: composing markup and coding. I visited a site http://www.max-online.at that is better for web development
