  FB Ads : Can i use a video source from another page?

  Let’s say i manage Client A and Client B.

  Is it possible to create a custom audience video view from Client A and use it on an Ad for Client B (in Client’s B account and page).

  I tested it, without running the ad, and i could create both. But is it against the rules somehow?

  Technically its possible. Legally allowed is up for debate, especially when you bring stuff like GDPR/CCPA into question.
