FB Add to Cart Retargeting No Impressions
I believe I have about 500 add to carts in the past 7 days on my pixel, however I am not getting any impressions on my retargeting campaign. I have it set for add to cart within the past 7 days, no exclusions. I checked to make sure the custom audience I made for add to cart 7 days has the correct population size.
Anyone experience this or have an idea how I can start getting impressions?

I would first start out by:
1. Increasing the CPC BID to at least $2.00 if you have not already
*then*
2. Increase the daily budget to minimum $30/day
**as that may be whats limiting it.**

also make sure you don’t have any negative audiences setup that might be affecting it under your audiences menu.

**If that don’t work (give it at least 3 full days after you make that adjustment)**
**reach out to your Google rep by chat and ask them to push the reset button to unjar the system as it may still be something on their end.**

Thats what I usually do when / if this happens to me.
