  [Facebook Groups] Do any invite all scripts or other methods still work in 2020?

  Facebook does not allow you to add random members anymore. The members are going to get a notification once you add them, only once they accept the invite, they would be added to that group.

  In this situation of mass adds, you would most probably end up getting your profile suspended as many users are going to flag your actions as spam.
