Same here. Since morning I can’t add any IG account on our BM on Facebook.
I tried different browsers, incognito browser, different IG accounts. All keeps saying the same error.
I contacted FB support. They told me that they did not hear this bug yet. So starting an internal technical investigation. I’ll keep posting for further process

oml yes same and this is very annoying because if I post on my phone, it won’t be the same quality. pls fix this!

Same here too. I think facebook updated their login API but forgot to the update the creator studio to now connect to the new API.

Same problem here. Contacted facebook Concierge team and sent a video and screenshot of the issue because the lady was not able to fix it right away. I hope they will fix it soon as I work with the Business Manager and Instagram accounts…

Hey guys my friend found a solution! Instead of logging in through the instagram creator studios, login to your facebook creator studio with your facebook page information and once you’re logged in, at the top click the instagram logo and it should let you connect and continue with your instagram account that you’ve already linked! Hope this helps 😀

I believe they have removed the ability to log in via your instagram account and now you can only log in through facebook then switch to instagram as oknessie suggests below. Kind of shitty if you don’t have a facebook account.
