Facebook Business Manager
Hi everyone,
I recently started working in an apparel company, and found out that their FB page is not linked to their Shopify page. While trying to do that, I realized one of the employees chose a totally random agency as the business manager. I contacted the agency and they keep saying they aren’t the business manager and they cannot help me.
How can we remove them from that role? Does anyone have an idea?

If your brand’s ad account is in the agency’s business manager… you can not remove it. Best to share the FB pixel from the ad account and start a new ad account within your brand’s business manager.
Only an admin of a business manager can remove someone from that business manager.
