Facebook ads: comments of happy customers

Posted by seohelper on December 9, 2020 at 5:25 am

    Hi folks,
Every time I click on a FB ad, I see lots of “happy customer” comments at the top. How?!
What’s the best practice to ensure your happy customers
    1) will see your ad
    and
    2)will leave a comment.
    Thank you for your insights!

Step one: have a good product/business. Step 2: retargeting. My battle is the opposite, I’m trying to get fewer happy customers seeing my ads as the product doesn’t lend well to repeat purchases (maybe every 3 years). But with so many offline purchases happening, it’s inevitable and my ads get filled with stoked customers. Which is great in many ways, it’s just a double edged sword for me cause I’m “wasting” impressions on them.

Honestly I think companies pay people for the comments or get friends and family to do it.

Run an engagement ad to your post to past customers if you want more social proof.
