  Do you need cookies consent notice for FB Traffic Objective?

  Not trying to get my account suspended. I have a privacy policy, but not a terms of service or cookies consent notice pop-up. I don’t advertise globally or in California – is this still needed?

  It is best practice to have it and is definitely more important to have it in UK/EU/California. Technically a FB Pixel cannot fire until an user consents to it, which most brands seemingly don’t enforce. Objectives don’t really come into the equation.
