Do request Indexing tool is GSC works on change url address as opposed to change in content!
Hey do url inspection tool(request indexing) will work if my content hasn’t changed but the url address of same page has changed?
I have a page called example. com/page1 but I changed the url address to example. com/page2 now but the content of the page is still same.
Should I use Request indexing of my new page url or just type my old url and click page changed and request indexing again?

Did you add a 301 redirect from the old URL to the new? If so, just let it be. Google will get the hint and make the change.
