As the title suggests, I recently connected GSC data to a SEMRush project and almost on the same day we’ve seen a huge increase in visibility. Is this now as a result of SEMRush using actual data as opposed to scraped data or is this completely unrelated and just a coincidence?
Which visibility metric are you referring to? When you connect GSC & SEMrush, it’s for your benefit as SEMrush doesn’t store any of the data in the tool itself. The integration is especially useful in Backlink Audit so you can see any links the SEM crawler may have missed
