Certification / best-for-client training?
I’m an old dog and know nothing about ads, analytics, etc— I can’t work 9-5 anymore due to health. About to jump into SkillShop, but heard Google’s training doesn’t focus on what’s good for my future clientel, but what benefits them.
If that’s the case, who teaches / certifies favoring clients?

It still gives you a very good understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics. The only time you should be vary is whenever they recommend any “smart” or dynamic functions. They can be better, but it’s not necessarily always the case.
If you start working with clients, my suggestion is finding somebody who you can ask for advice. Nothing worse than making obvious mistakes with paying clients. Pay that person if you must!
