Can’t use the word “Invisalign” in my ppc ads?!?!? help : )

Posted by seohelper on September 13, 2020 at 4:36 pm

I’m having trouble getting a second campaign off the ground – it says my ads are limited as i’m using a “trademark” name in my ads. But all the competitors seem to be doing so and its what customers search for? Any ideas?! Has anyone had any experience of this? Any help would be appreciated!

    You can use Keyword insertion.

Either dynamic keyword insertion, get permission from the trademark holder to use it, or you target the search term but don’t put the term in your ads.

In my experience, normally a call to the manufacturers marketing department helped me get approval to use their trademark in our Ads. Be prepared to give them your google ads account number.

Did your competitors add information on their landing pages that qualified them as an informational site?

`Informational sites: The primary purpose of the ad’s landing page is to provide informative details about products or services corresponding to the trademark.`
