  Can you use FB business manager to run an ad ONLY for Instagram?

  If this isn’t the case, then FB should definitely consider making it possible. I am currently running an offer ad (which can only be seen on FB aka does not run on instagram) but I also want to promote the offer on Instagram without having to pause the offer ad, change it to be not an “offer” and then include the ads to be on instagram within the same ad set. Basically, I see more return on “offer” ads than just the regular ads so that’s why I want to do those for FB impressions.

  Yes, copy the ad and hit manual placements and deselect Facebook.
