Can putting related posts and other page features as H2s and H3s confuse crawlers and lead to rankings drops?
Title. The devs who my employer had build the nee site made all links in recommended reading and related posts sections H2s and H3s , so it looks like some pages have twice as many H2s and they have nothing to do with the page.
Could this cause crawlers to confuse what the page is about or what the content is, making the pages satisfy user intent less and therefore lose rankings?
