Can I target people who like/engage with a competitor?
I work in an industry affected by Covid (ski holiday industry). One of our competitors have been badly hit and there’s an opportunity to try grab their customers. We’d like to set up a Facebook ad to target people who have liked/engaged with them. Is this possible?
I’m in “Detailed targeting” but can’t find anything about that company.

If you want to do this right you’re going to have to cross-pollinate with Google.
Build a custom display audience using the SAME creatives as FB, target the top 15 competitor’s websites to give yourself a solid audience, direct them to a specific page on the site and retarget visitors to this page on Facebook.
