  Can I target my tech Blog to all country & Subfolder to Specific Country

  I want to target my **.com domain** with all country in Search Console and subfolder for specific country like USA, UK, CA. It is possible to do the same. Does google value the each url and content.

  It is possible to have one domain that targets multiple countries with subfolders. Can achieve that with hreflang.

  What kind of content is in the subfolders? This sounds weird for a blog.
