Usually backlinks show up in ahrefs super fast for me. Where are you looking?

Long tail keywords. I’m talking 4 words or more.

There is not set method for indexing a backlink fast. You can check it on ahref to see whether the backlink was created or not.

Go to google search console and submit the links and/or site map. 1-2 days max.
