    What attribution and tools do you use to prove that a channel converts?


    This is all trackable with Google Analytics, GTM, and Google Ads. Depending upon your niche (services or ecommerce) you can track conversions whether that’s a phone call, contact form, online purchase, or whatever custom event you count as a conversion.

    If it’s ecommerce most platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce enable you to easily integrate enhanced ecommerce tracking with GA in order to sync revenue and product info.


    **Google Ads**

    * 90 day conversion window
    * Linear attribution model

    **LinkedIn Ads**

    * 90-day conversion window
    * 30-day viewthrough window
    * Attributable to last interaction from *each* campaign

    **Google Analytics**

    * I am frequently looking at multi-channel funnels and conversion paths with 90-day lookback windows

    **Facebook Ads**
