As long as the content is good quality they’re fine but they won’t improve rankings much unless they’re also getting traffic and engagement.

Unfortunately “web 2.0” when referenced in relation to SEO is just spamming social sites
All I see are:
a) sites complaining about their performance after dropping links on “web 2.0” sites
b) anonymous people claiming how awesome it is without offering any valid examples

They just don’t work. In like 2013 they work. But if you’re paying someone to do this for you in this day and age, you’re throwing your money away. The only links that work are editorial, in content on relevant websites which aren’t part of a PBN. Of course there are way more elements to factor in, but as far as 2.0 links go; save your money.

its 100% safe if you do this properly. web 2.0 backlink are strong backlink, make sure you have a strong content. if you want any help feel free to DM me 🙂
