Ad Scheduling Software? I can’t seem to find a solution, suggestions?
So for the last few years we’ve been using Asana to create ad schedules for clients. [it looks like this](https://imgur.com/Bi4f8Nb). We combine that with airtable to track customer data and zapier to communicate.
Its honestly a mess though so we’re looking for CRM solutions that’s built everything in but what’s crazy is we haven’t found a CRM solution that has ad or content scheduling as an option. Its crazy to me because I can’t seem to find any that are specifically made for advertising agencies.
Can anyone recommend any CRMs that have that functionality?
edit: btw I don’t need it to actually create the ad in a platform. Just schedule and assign tasks to the team based on what needs to be done for those ads

You could have a look at Streak which is highly customizable but it sounds like you need more of a PM tool rather than a CRM for this.

Hmm…you can schedule/assign tasks from Airtable to your team.
Your team would need to have their own base (where tasks would appear after you, say, click on some checkboxes on your “central” base).
I’ve seen this done with Integromat, but I’m sure other tools can be used to do it as well.
