A couple things:

1. Do you have any type of tracking set up to see where these clicks are coming from?
2. Are they asking for a refund after they purchase? I’m confused as to why multiple sales are a bad thing. Are they making up a large percentage of overall sales?
3. Are your ad results still within your KPIs? If yes, then why worry about some extra sales?
